These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, and services operated by Health & Relief (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. If you use the Services on behalf of another person (e.g. a family member), you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. Nature of the Services

Health & Relief provides an online platform to discover doctors, book appointments, pay applicable fees through integrated payment partners, and access related features (including educational content and tools where available). We are a technology intermediary connecting patients with independent healthcare providers listed on the platform.

We do not provide medical advice. Any information on the platform is general in nature. Always follow the advice of your treating doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

3. Doctor listings & verification

Doctors and clinics are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, qualifications, fees, and availability. We may display verification or trust indicators (such as badges) based on internal criteria; such indicators do not replace independent verification by patients.

4. Appointments & cancellations

Booking confirmation, rescheduling, and cancellation rules depend on the doctor/clinic, applicable fees, and payment status shown at the time of booking. No-show or late arrival may result in forfeiture of fees as per the provider’s policy.

5. Payments

  • Payments are processed by authorized payment gateways. You agree to their terms and privacy policies.
  • Fees displayed may include consultation charges, platform or convenience charges, and taxes as applicable.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Failed or disputed transactions must be raised with support with transaction references.

6. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: providing false information; attempting to bypass security; scraping or reverse engineering except as permitted by law; harassing doctors, staff, or other users; or using the Services for unlawful purposes.

7. Accounts & security

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

8. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials on the Services are owned by Health & Relief or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent except as allowed by law.

9. Reviews & content

Reviews and feedback you submit must be truthful and respectful. We may moderate, remove, or refuse to publish content that violates law, privacy, or our policies. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use submitted content to operate and promote the Services.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Health & Relief and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim (or INR 2,000 if no such payment applies), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Health & Relief from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

13. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach of these Terms, risk to security, or legal requirements. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory provisions, courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.

15. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
